I believe everything is possible and with proper support, anyone can achieve vibrant health and happiness. My goal is to empower you and help you discover your inner strengths. As an FSP (Fédération Suisse des Psychologues) psychologist, I am also trained in EFT (3rd level AAMET), "Sophrologie Cayédienne", Hypnosis, Ecotherapy, various types of meditation, and have spent 13 months traveling throughout Asia and learning from some of the best teachers. As part of my training, I have been working with people of all ages, with all sorts of emotional issues.
Regression to the cause of the problem, In between lives, Past lives, Soul purpose, Meeting with guides, phobias/fears.
"Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a very gentle but powerful technique that uses acupuncture points, but without needles! By tapping while discussing emotional issues, energetic blocks created by all kinds of traumas, can be dissolved. EFT restores balance and removes obstacles.
Sophrologie from the Greek root: SOS which means peace, harmony; PHREN which means conscience, mind; and LOGOS which means discourse. Sophrologie was created in 1960 by Professor Alfonso Caycedo, a psychiatrist. It is rooted in hypnosis, neurology, philosophy, psychiatry, meditation, yoga, Buddhism, existential phenomenology, and relaxation. It consists of exercises focusing on the body and breath, concentration, the mind, contemplation, meditation, relaxation, self-development, awareness... It aims at unveiling the conscience.
